How do I choose a quality contractor?
When choosing a contractor, ask around. Talk to those in the business or those you trust for names or contacts. Check the phone book or internet. Once a few contractors have been found, research their company. Ask yourself these questions:
- How long have they been in business?
- Are they a member of the local chamber of commerce? Or building association?
- Do they showcase their projects and clients?
- Will they provide a written bid?
- What warranties do they provide?
Once this information is collected you will be able to make an educated choice for your contractor.
Does All Steel Building Company offer a warranty on its buildings?
Yes. All Steel Building Company provides a one-year warranty to cover workmanship and materials provided and installed by our company. Our fabricator, Alliance Steel Building Systems, warrants the finishes for sheets and trims for 20 years on standard color finishes and 25 years on Galvalume finishes. Contact Us for more details.
Will the building conform to my local building codes?
Yes. Your building will not only meet federal and state codes but will also be designed to meet or exceed your local building codes.
Will you deliver my order?
Yes. We can deliver your order directly to your job site location.
What kind of doors and windows are available?
There are several sizes of doors available: 3’ x 7’, 4’ x 7’, 6’ x 7’ (pair 3’x 7’), and aluminum storefront systems. Window frames and trim are available in bronze, white and aluminum finish in operational and fixed. We also can provide custom door sizes based on your needs.
Can I customize features on my building?
Absolutely! Our buildings are custom designed to accommodate specific building shape, roof pitch, door and window locations and heights. We can design your building with features such as EIFS (exterior insulation finish system) panels, stone or brick veneers, signage, and any of a number of different specialties.
Are all steel buildings made from the same steel?
No. Steel varies greatly in size, thickness and strength from manufacturer to manufacturer. That’s why “cheaper” is not always better. All Steel Building Company only sells and installs quality commercial steel made in the USA.
